During a line plan brainstorm, I asked whether we had ever worked with our cookbook vendor to put our product on the book covers. We hadn't, but everyone loved the idea, so I took the lead on the planning and execution. I reached out to the vendor and started a very successful collaborative relationship that has continued in other programs.
